David Hinds

Co-Founder | CEO | Metrology Specialist

David is a trusted expert in industrial alignment and measurement, with over a decade of experience providing high-accuracy solutions in demanding environments. As co-founder of True North Metrology & Alignment, David combines deep technical skills with a field-driven approach that prioritizes efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

David has worked extensively with clients in paper production, steel fabrication, chemical processing, machine shops, and heavy industry—applying advanced metrology tools and alignment techniques to keep critical systems performing at their best. He’s known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. Whether he's leading a major alignment project or troubleshooting on-site, David brings focus and expertise to every challenge.

David is also, above all, a husband and father. With one toddler and a second child on the way, whenever he’s not working with clients, David and his wife, Tori, are never bored. From church activities, to family events, to traveling far and wide to show their daughter the world, things are never dull at the Hinds house.

Collin Stagg

Collin has built his career on strong customer service, clear communication, consistent follow-through, and doing things the right way. He asks the right questions, takes time to understand what matters to each client, and ensures every project is handled with care and professionalism. His focus is always on building trust and delivering reliable results.

Collin sets himself apart with attitude and effort and is committed to showing up every day ready to do the job right. Whether it is a straightforward alignment check or a complex metrology project, Collin brings the consistency and effort required to show a deep respect for both the work and the people involved.

Outside of work, Collin is a dedicated husband to his incredible wife, Lindsay, and a proud father of two–a beautiful, loving daughter and a sweet, wild little boy who both keep life interesting and fun at the Stagg household. He enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying God’s creation through outdoor activities such as hunting and hiking, and being an avid LSU sports enthusiast. Faith, family, and hard work are at the center of who he is, and those values shape the way he approaches life and business alike.
